Adding a name or number costs an additional fee displayed on the product page. Once your order is confirmed, customisation goes into production immediately, so please double-check your spelling and number before placing your order.

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. Each return request is reviewed individually — start by emailing us at support@soccerkitroom.com.

Personalised items (with a custom name, number, or patch) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded — unless the item arrives defective or the personalisation is incorrect due to a production error on our part.

If that's the case, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@soccerkitroom.com with photos and we'll resolve it.

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. You can choose to receive the refund on your original payment method (card, PayPal) or as store credit. Allow an additional 3–7 business days for your bank to post the credit to your account.

Our kits follow standard USA sizing. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up — football jerseys are designed for a fitted athletic cut.
