1. Free Shipping

KITROOM offers free standard shipping on all orders to addresses within the United States. There is no minimum order value and no promo code required — free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. They do not include weekends or US federal holidays.


3. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving your order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Personalised orders (jerseys with custom name, number, or patch) may require up to 3–5 additional business days for production before dispatch. The estimated dispatch date will be communicated in your order confirmation email.

You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been handed to the carrier.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. You can also track your order at any time by visiting our order tracking page.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to be updated after you receive the shipping confirmation email.

If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, or if the carrier's website shows an error, please contact us at support@soccerkitroom.com.


5. Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Please double-check your address — including apartment number, ZIP code, and state — before completing your order.

  • KITROOM is not liable for orders delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you. Re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • We currently ship to street addresses and PO Boxes within the United States.

6. Delays & Exceptions

While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery window, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • High-volume periods (holidays, sale events, World Cup season)
  • Carrier delays or service disruptions
  • Severe weather or natural events
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

KITROOM is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, KITROOM considers the order fulfilled. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:

  • Check around your property — packages are sometimes left at a side door, mailbox, or with a neighbour.
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to open an investigation.
  • If the carrier confirms a delivery issue, contact us at support@soccerkitroom.com and we will do our best to assist.

If your package shows as lost in transit (never delivered), please contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


8. Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and the item(s) before opening fully.
  • Contact us at support@soccerkitroom.com within 48 hours of delivery, attaching your photos and order number.

We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.


9. International Shipping

At this time, KITROOM ships exclusively to addresses within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping destinations in the future. If you are located outside the US and would like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, please contact us at support@soccerkitroom.com.
