1. Overview

At KITROOM, every return request is reviewed individually. We are committed to finding a fair solution for every customer. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within the timeframe and under the conditions described in this policy.


2. Return Eligibility

2.1 Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to submit a return request. Requests received after this period will not be accepted.

2.2 Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free of any damage, stains, or odours
  • All original tags still attached
  • Returned in the original packaging (bag, box, or poly-mailer)

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalised items (custom name, number, or patch). Any jersey or kit personalised to order is final sale and cannot be returned, unless it arrives defective or the personalisation is incorrect due to a production error on our part.
If your customised item arrived with a defect or incorrect personalisation, please refer to Section 5 — Damaged or Incorrect Items.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, send an email to support@soccerkitroom.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the item(s), if applicable — required for defective or incorrect items

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. Do not ship any items back until you have received written approval from KITROOM. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, please contact us at support@soccerkitroom.com within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once the issue is confirmed, you may choose one of the following:

  • Full refund to your original payment method, including any original shipping fees paid
  • Free replacement of the same item (subject to stock availability)

Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items are fully covered by KITROOM.


6. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part (see Section 5), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage. KITROOM is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return.

The return shipping address will be provided upon approval of your return request.


7. Refund Options

Once your return has been received and inspected, you may choose how you would like to receive your refund:

  • Option A — Original payment method. The refund will be processed back to the credit card, debit card, or payment account used at checkout.
  • Option B — Store credit. A discount code of equivalent value will be issued to your email address, valid for any future purchase on soccerkitroom.com. Store credit does not expire.

Please indicate your preferred refund method when contacting our support team. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of return approval. Allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your account (typically 3–7 business days depending on your financial institution).


8. Sale Items

Items purchased on sale, with a promotional discount code, or during special events are eligible for return under the same terms and conditions as full-price items. No additional restrictions apply.


9. Exchanges

We do not currently process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures the fastest possible turnaround.
