Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or placing an order. By accessing soccerkitroom.com or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. About KITROOM

KITROOM operates the e-commerce store at soccerkitroom.com (the "Site"), selling soccer jerseys, kits, footwear, tracksuits, and related apparel (collectively, "Products"). References to "KITROOM," "we," "us," or "our" mean the operator of this Site.

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference.


2. Use of the Site

2.1 Eligibility

3. Products & Availability

We make every effort to accurately describe our Products, including images, sizing, and materials. However:

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
  • All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time without notice.
  • In the event a Product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
  • Sizing guidance is provided on the product page. We recommend consulting our size chart before ordering. KITROOM is not responsible for orders placed in the wrong size when accurate sizing information was available.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

4.1 Placing an Order

By clicking "Buy Now" or completing checkout, you are making an offer to purchase the selected Products under these Terms. A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

4.2 Order Confirmation

You will receive an automated order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. Please review it carefully and contact us immediately at support@soccerkitroom.com if any details are incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

4.3 Right to Cancel or Refuse Orders

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or prohibited use. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund of any payment made.


5. Pricing & Payment

5.1 Prices

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at checkout. KITROOM does not store your full card details — all payment data is handled by our payment processors under their respective security standards (PCI DSS).

5.3 Pricing Errors

In the event of a pricing error on our Site, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify you. You will not be charged, or will receive a full refund if payment has already been taken.

5.4 Promotional Codes

Discount codes may be applied at checkout. Codes are single-use unless otherwise stated, cannot be combined with other promotions, and are not redeemable for cash. KITROOM reserves the right to withdraw or expire any promotion at any time.


6. Customised & Personalised Items

We offer personalisation options including custom player names and numbers applied to jerseys and kits.

Important: Personalised items are made to order and are final sale. They cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective or the personalisation is incorrect due to a production error on our part. Please review all personalisation details carefully before completing your order — errors submitted by the customer (misspelling, wrong number, etc.) are not eligible for refund or replacement.

By submitting a personalisation request, you confirm that:

  • The name and/or number you have entered are correct.
  • You hold any rights required to use the name or phrase submitted (e.g., you are not infringing a third-party trademark).
  • You understand that production begins promptly after order confirmation and cancellation may not be possible.

KITROOM reserves the right to decline personalisation requests that include offensive, trademarked, or otherwise inappropriate content.


7. Shipping & Delivery

7.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of confirmation. Personalised orders may require additional processing time. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

7.2 Delivery Times

Standard delivery within the United States takes 7–10 business days from dispatch. These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. KITROOM is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7.3 Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States, as stated on our Site. Expedited or express shipping options, if available, may carry an additional charge displayed at checkout.

7.4 Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout. KITROOM is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7.5 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, KITROOM is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us at support@soccerkitroom.com and we will do our best to assist.


8. Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund procedures are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Key points:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
  • Personalised items are non-returnable unless defective (see Section 6).
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at your choice.
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of return approval.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, product photos, and the overall design — is the property of KITROOM or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
  • The KITROOM name, wordmark, and logo are proprietary to KITROOM. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
  • Club badges, team names, and league logos displayed on products are the property of their respective rights holders. Their appearance on products does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by those rights holders.

10. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information (including personalisation requests with content you do not have the right to use).
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access the Site without our written permission.
  • Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the performance of the Site.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Site.
  • Post, submit, or transmit any content that is defamatory, offensive, or infringes the rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms.


11. Third-Party Links & Services

In any event, KITROOM's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which KITROOM operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support@soccerkitroom.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve any complaint within 30 days.

14.3 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. This arbitration provision does not apply to claims that qualify for small claims court.

14.4 Jurisdiction

To the extent court proceedings are permitted under these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States for the resolution of any such dispute.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site with an updated effective date.
